The more exercise, the healthier we are
Besides club and work experiences, physical activity can also not be ignored for it is associated with our personal health. Having a sound body is primary desire for everyone. Nevertheless many of us are always daydreaming about it instead of taking action as if there is pie in the sky. The latest tendency of staying at home, playing electronic products is getting prevailing, which directly leads to the large number of people suffering poor constitution. I was one of these instances in the past. Yet since I entered my high school GCA, I have increased the amount of exercise, and gained effect.
There are two values have big impacts on me. Going back to the latest campus sports meeting, because of the absence of one athlete in my class, we would give up the item of female 800-metre-race. With a challenged attitude, I was temporarily chosen to be substitute to compete. The confusion in all directions was invading me undoubtedly due to the lack of any practice before. I even forgot to make preparation for losing face. The competitors I faced were all well disciplined or had potential basis in there childhood. There was no time to worry about more at the moment the bomb rushed out of gun. At the very beginning, I got the first three without any effort, and that made me either proud or doubtful. The pride was going up till I was passed by one by one rival. The result of my failure as it is I can not afford my short of energy because I had run out of much energy at first. Seemingly, knack has to be regarded as one of the finesse to succeed. Eventually, I felt a gratitude for this participation, although I was in a out of breath, run-down state. Another lesson for me is that to be calm and sensitive instead of being proud at any time.
The next event is also an educational lesson. It occurred in a badminton match. Within the first go-around, I didn’t think my opponent’s skill would beat me as I had exceeded her on score for a long while. However, the misplay was bothering me out of control. I can not stop batting out-of-bounds continually. It must be results from the lack of wariness and neglected of game rules. Even if I didn’t save the unpleasant circumstance in that match, the victory I gained the second competition is a reward for my restored condition and the experience absorbed by the last time.
One more thing, I found that both two activities actually match to my personal fitness goals. Running is one of the laborious athletes that needs your persistence and fortitude. I want to harden my determination by this approach. Compared with that, badminton is more relaxing. The firm basis is a promotive account for me to continue it. There is a trouble in that I almost have no extra time in spite of weekends. Then it is better for me to study more efficiently in order to squeeze more time for sports. Above all, reciprocal effect is the best wish.
